The room was large and quite clean. The location was great -- right by bus stops and the main (tourist) shopping area. The restaurant by the roof-top pool was surprisingly good and had good prices too.

The desk staff was adequate but not great. Most glaringly, when I asked whether I could get a bus to the airport at about 6:30 or 6:45 in the morning, the desk staff said no. Because it was during Greece's taxi strike, he said the only way for me to get to the airport was to rent a car!! It turned out that buses started running before 6:30, but his misinformation caused us much anxiety as we tried to work out the situation.

The breakfast was the best while we were away for a month all over Europe. The room had a fantastic view over the mountains and the sea. A fantastic location. A beautiful rooftop lounge, snack bar with delicious food and a swimming pool. The bed and rooms were really comfortable and we thought this was excellent value for money

The only thing was the bathroom shower was a little see through into the bedroom area. No problem for me but if you were staying with someone where you needed a level of privacy this may hav ben a problem

The hotel is located right in the heart of Heraklion. Everything is at a 5 to 10 minute reach: shopping, restaurant, tapas bars, patisseries, not to mention various shops and banks. It is next to the archeological museum which is bound to reopen soon after its current renovation.I was more than pleased with my choice. As for the rooms, they have been recently renovated and are of quality and style. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to visit either the pool or the pool bar at the terrace which sounded like a hidden gem in the middle of the city.Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the very center of Heraklion. The rooms are very clean and quiet the breakfeast is gourmet and the staff is very kind and helpful. We'll not forget the kindness and the nobless of Miss Maria Samioti and Mr. John Karamalakiss from the desk service

We liked the position of the hotel and the interior design of the room.

  • 8.2

The location of the hotel and the quality was really good. Best price versus quality.

Parking place or a vallet would be good.

  • 7.8

    Rooms & Bed were good

We stayed at the hotel for one night as we had a flight out of Heraklion the next day. Very comfortable hotel with good service. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as we had a late flight--it was really nice to cool off in the pool and relax on the rooftop after doing some sightseeing during the day. The hotel is located within walking distance to shopping, port.

I looked for a hotel to suit the special needs of my spouse. Is invalid in a wheelchair. I relied on the text of your site hotel adapted for the physically challenged, I assumed you checked it. Even when I went to a hotel mentioned in comments that a couple paralyzed and is in a wheelchair. I booked for 6 nights. The first two days we got a room without access to toilet and shower because the room was occupied. Tried to compensate us in the suite, But there was no access to toilet and shower door too narrow, the hotel entrance has a high degree, we had to wait every time the team will be freed to help. There is a pool on the roof of the hotel, but there is no elevator gets there. Only on the last day we were told that a rear elevator of the team that can be used if you notify them in advance, you can In conclusion: The only thing you can say is: great staff, very kind and trying to help. But the hotel itself is not prepared for disabled first two days we suffered very much, I'm an older woman had to drag him on a regular chair into the bathroom and then move it down the toilet. So for us we did not receive adequate compensation for stay דרג את התרגום reach the pool.

Only the stuff . I offer you in the future before you recommend a hotel you should check carefully whether the hotel meet the standards you describe and if the hotel have the faccilities that you discribe

We visited Crete for 3 weeks in October/November. We used this hotel as the base for our Crete travels. Staying here for several days, leaving our bag as we took the bus to another part of the Island with overnight backpacks. The staff was great - ready to answer questions and assist us in our planning. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Hotel is steps away from wonderful food and shopping. It is only a short walk to the port and bus station. Buses to airport and activities too far to walk to stop right outside the hotel.

This hotel was central and situated in an excellent area. Everything was within view i.e. taxi rank, city tour bus stop, archeological museum, tourist information an food outlets to suit evry taste. There was a genuine feeling of welcome from the staff who were very helpful and great conversationalists.I would particularly mention Anna,Kostos and Panagiotis. For my taste the food was very good and available 24 hours a day. The same applied to room service and the cleaning of the room was available to suit your needs - up to 11 at night.

The staff. Travel weary on arrival, we were treated like long lost relatives coming home. Second, the complimentary breakfast. Coffee was brought to the breakfast table - set with white linens - although the breakfast itself is set up as a sumptious buffet. The selection of food at breakfast is chosen for all tastes including (but not limited to) the tastes of anyone who likes a rich breakfast, or prefers cereals, waffles, hot croissants, and finishing off with breakfast cakes. Best of all, a table of Cretan speciality dishes which was delicious! Bravo to the chefs! The rooms are lovely - very modern. And the location could not be more central.

There was a painting in one of the rooms we stayed in that was a bit disturbing, but other than that, nothing.

Location was exellent for walking tours of Heraklion. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool and bar/restaurant was a definite plus.
